We ship to the countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic and Sweden, is your country there not included in the question, please contact us via the webshop to see if we can still deliver.

Packages are sent with track & trace code, you will be notified. Pay attention !!!!! The shipping costs of a letterbox parcel abroad are low, but are therefore sent without track & trace, this is entirely at the risk of the buyer. If a package is returned to the above countries for any reason, you will have to pay the shipping costs again.

From 01-01-2021 the customs countries are excluded from shipping, if you still want something you can contact the webshop. If you tick the box (Netherlands) of your country with your order, you will see which shipping costs must be paid, unfortunately we cannot change this. If you have received a package with a broken article, these are our conditions that we have received from Postnl.

We can only reimburse the item if we get the money back from Postnl.You must do the following things, first of all you take a picture of the broken image, you take a picture of the box, what it looks like and what it is inside , you send these photos to the e-mail address of the webshop, with this information we can get the item reimbursed, please note !!!! if you cannot comply with this, we will not reimburse items.

If you have thrown everything away, this is your deductible and unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for the item.
